- 22mm tongue & groove ceiling timbers for a smooth internal finish.
- 100mm PIR roof insulation (Polyisocyanurate) for high thermal performance.
- Breathable felt membrane for ventilation and moisture control.
- Timber battens and counter battens for a secure roof finish.
- Black metal profile roof cover with a tile-effect finish for a modern look.
Windows & Doors
- Double-glazed living-standard windows with tilt & turn opening system (u-values available on request).
