We will only engage with your project if it meets the following criteria:

• Under 180 sq metres in size
• You must already have a valid planning number
• We proceed only if your certified sign-off engineer approves our technical specs

With our innovative approach — backed by years of experience and strong connections in the rapid-build log cabin industry — we’ve developed a timber frame building system that delivers high-quality bungalows, fully compliant with all building regulations and capable of achieving an A2 BER rating. Each build is designed to be completed on time and within budget.

Our construction details and methods have been fully professionally certified for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), such as off-site construction, modular construction panels and structural insulated panels
We can offer our customers a Building Energy Rating of A2 off the plans of any of our timber frame houses.
Through the use of the latest in timber frame building techniques and modern design, we can supply and build highly-efficient, easy to heat and draughtproof homes at a fraction of the cost of a traditional block-built home.
Of course, we can also build highly-efficient bespoke-design homes.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our timber suppliers and manufacturers are Chain of Custody certified to sell products as: FSC* Mix, FSC 100%.
This single certificate covers the production and trade of fuel wood, beams, planed boards, finger jointed wood, wood for construction, outdoor furniture and gardening using the transfer system.
Documents and certificates are available to clients’ engineers on request.
Our timber suppliers use the latest in modern timber technology at all stages of the building process to produce our range of bungalow house styles and bedroom chalet design: from CAD for initial pricing and quantifying of projects, through to the best of Computer Aided Manufacturing equipment to produce quality timber products to fine margins. Finally, packaging and logistics are managed to ensure no on-site delays.
