Our timber frame bungalow projects can be tailored to different layouts, including three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes. We focus on bungalow projects under 180 sq metres, where a valid planning number is already in place and the technical specification can be reviewed and approved by the customer’s engineer.

Timber frame construction offers several advantages compared with traditional building methods. Components can be manufactured with a high level of accuracy, helping to reduce waste and improve efficiency on site. The system also supports faster structural build times and excellent thermal performance when the home is finished to the required specification.
Our bungalow structures include the structural walls and roof together with an external breathable membrane. Foundations, electrical and plumbing work, interior finishes and BER certification are not included, allowing your own contractors to complete these elements.
