Thanks — that’s in with the team.
We’ll call you back shortly. In the meantime, our showrooms in Tullow, Cork and Boyle are open if you’d like to see a cabin in person.
Timber Living designs and builds log cabins, garden rooms, saunas and extensions engineered for Irish rain and wind — not imported kits repackaged for a different climate. Every enquiry is handled by our own team from our Tullow, Cork and Boyle showrooms, so what you see is what gets built.

Short answers here — full details on our FAQ page.
Do I need planning permission?
It depends on the size, use and location of the cabin — garden rooms often fall under exempt development, while residential cabins usually need permission. We’ll tell you exactly where your project stands.
How long does it take?
Most cabins are designed, manufactured and installed within a matter of weeks once planning and site prep are sorted.
Are they properly insulated for Irish weather?
Every build is designed for Irish conditions using high-quality materials and insulation for year-round comfort.
What’s the warranty?
Every build is backed by a 10-year guarantee.
What are the payment terms?
We only look for a €4,000 deposit. We’ll agree further payment details with you when we score this project.
