Sleek, modern design. A2 BER. Ready for planning.

Leinster 3-bed timberframe home

Building a house is too expensive! So we developed a completely new wall construction, based on our log cabin, drop log system. We based it on the log cabin system of building because we know that these log cabins can be built quickly, and in construction, quickly means more affordable! So, if you’re looking for a 3 bed timberframe home that is more affordable, you’re on the right page!

These 3 bed timber-frame homes are built around our log cabins, with the main 45mm wall being the base for 300mm of insulation in our walls. We also include 400mm of insulation in our roofs, and 150mm in our floors.

3-bed timberframe with A2 BER is our target

We aim for an A2 BER when building our 3-bed timberframe homes, and we usually get it. Unfortunately, outside factors, such as wind exposure and orientation can effect your BER, so you might end up with something a bit lower, like an A3 BER. But I think you’ll agree that an A3 ins’t too bad for a 3-bed timberframe home!
